Overview:
Kelley Kronenberg, a leading law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our growing team in New York. This role will directly support a Partner in our General Liability division. If you have a background in defense litigation and are eager to make an impact, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare pleadings such as motions, subpoenas, notices, hearings, and requests for production.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, appointments, and depositions.
- Manage deadlines and prepare attorneys for appointments.
- Draft and type routine correspondence.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training in litigation.
- Experience filing with NY, NJ, and Federal Courts.
- Experience in General Liability is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite is a must.
- Knowledge of Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a plus.
