Real Estate Paralegal The candidate aspects of sale transactions, including preparation of contracts, review of title and survey, and closings. Negotiation, documentation, and administration of real estate leases. All aspects of real estate loan transactions, including addressing lender diligence items, resolving lender title and survey issues, estoppel letters and SNDAs, and loan closings. Should have 3+ years of direct work experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ability to manage multiple priorities is required. The desire to excel is essential. Humility to learn is needed. Computer proficiency is required. Experience in entity creation is a plus. Should have experience in Texas commercial real estate transactions.
