Job Title: Paralegal/Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Scan and file incoming mail, ensuring documents are accurately organized.
- Prepare letters and assist in drafting legal documents under the supervision of attorneys.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare mailings and electronic court filings.
- Maintain and update electronic case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in handling sensitive information.

Education and Experience Information:
- No legal experience required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in cloud-based computer applications, including Google Drive and project management systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Driver’s license and vehicle required.
- Ability to have a home office with space for a printer and files preferred, but not required.
