Law Firm Seeking Conference Services Coordinator in Chicago Office:

Job Title: Conference Services Coordinator
Salary: Expected pay range of to per hour, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or other administrative clerical position in a professional environment.
Location: Chicago, with the possibility of working remotely.
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain security by ensuring all visitors check in at reception immediately upon arrival.
- Coordinate meeting details, including hospitality, room set-up, AV, marketing, and billing, using the GTMeet software.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Reserve visitor offices and issue and collect visitor ID badges.
- Update office directory and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma; College Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
