The **Members Only**, a leading law firm in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our attorneys by managing various tasks related to litigation cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking to grow their career in a dynamic legal environment.

Job Description:

- Support attorneys by managing communication with clients and organizing case files
- Summarize articles, reports, witness statements, and depositions
- Ensure accurate and detailed timekeeping
- Follow ethical requirements as set by the State of New Mexico
- Review and analyze cases for trial preparation
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and petitions
- Conduct research and locate necessary information for cases
- Contact and interview parties, witnesses, and experts
- Assist in trial preparation and scheduling of witnesses and exhibits
- Perform assigned legal research tasks
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing legal support in a mid-size or large law firm
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or formal Paralegal certification and training
- Working knowledge of document management systems

Schedule:

- hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- On-site position
