Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury at the law firm will be responsible for managing a substantial caseload of active personal injury litigation files. Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure effective communication.
- Monitoring and keeping track of clients' ongoing medical treatments.
- Requesting and thoroughly reviewing medical records and bills to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing pleadings and other legal documents for submission to the court.
- Scheduling depositions and assisting in managing the attorney's trial schedule to ensure smooth proceedings.
- Preparing trial notebooks to support attorneys in court.

Education and Experience Information:
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, indicating a background in handling personal injury litigation cases. Excellent typing skills are essential for this position, and experience with Needles software is considered a plus.

Salary Information:
The compensation for this position ranges from to per hour, with the salary being negotiable based on the candidate's level of experience. The position offers flexibility in terms of working hours, with expected hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week.
