The Law Firm of Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of recent defense litigation experience for their Bonita Springs location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general liability and possess the ability to work independently. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive salary and benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

- Review, propound and respond to discovery
- Document and maintain case files
- Facilitate the meeting of civil litigation deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely responses
- Conduct legal research
- Ability to capture billable time on each task contemporaneously, using proper language

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATO, Lidify, UltiPro, ITimekeep (all a plus)
- Experience in civil litigation with a history of capturing billable time
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
