Job Responsibilities:
The Billing Specialist at the law firm plays a critical role in supporting lawyers with the client billing process. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Printing and editing proformas.
- Preparing invoices.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of five years of experience with billing within a law firm billing environment.

- Experience with Elite Enterprise and/or SAP billing systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree, preferred but not necessary.
- Experience in using electronic billing software in a law firm.
- Superior customer service skills and being a team player.
- Strong attention to detail and being a self-starter.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Flexibility in working within the firm's defined deadlines and lawyers' time frames.
- Must have a professional, cooperative, and positive attitude.
