Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Removal Proceedings, ensuring comprehensive legal representation.
- Prepare clients for and attend interviews at USCIS, facilitating the immigration process.
- Prepare both affirmative and defensive Asylum applications, adhering to legal standards and procedures.
- Prepare and file various immigration petitions, motions, and legal briefs to support clients' cases.
- Perform necessary legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Experience with Business-based petitions such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and PERM is desired but not required.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Texas or any . state.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Removal Defense Litigation is required.
- Must be bilingual, with fluency in Spanish being essential.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to manage complex tasks efficiently and prioritize workload in a time-sensitive legal environment.
- Capacity to meet strict deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
- Outstanding client service skills, with flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Organizational skills and self-motivation with strong initiative.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor required.
- Ability to supervise legal support staff effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Calendar, and preferably Cerenade software.
- Excellent written communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must be able to accept employment in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $85, to $120, per year, depending on experience (DOE).
