Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and represent clients in family and employment-based immigration matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Support overflow work from the sister firm, which focuses on business, real estate, and corporate legal matters, as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school is required.
- Licensing: The candidate must be an active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- Experience: A minimum of one year as an immigration attorney is required. Alternatively, candidates with two years of experience as a law clerk or three years as a paralegal/legal assistant may also be considered.

Salary Information:
- The compensation for this full-time position is competitive and based on experience, with an annual salary range of $63,104 to $80,000.

Additional Information:
- The position is located in Sugar Land, TX, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
