Job Title: Legal Secretary/File Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Organize, index, and store documents in an orderly manner.
- Retrieve files as requested by staff members.
- Ensure that all documents are properly labeled and filed away in the correct location.
- Perform scanning and closing of files.
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed.
- Answer phones.
- Input weekly attorney timesheets on Timeslips.
- Provide backup for legal secretary tasks.
Education and Experience Information:
- Experience in a law office is required, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in filing systems, Word Perfect, Word, Outlook, Timeslips, and Adobe Professional.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
Salary Information:
- The pay range for this full-time position is to per hour.
- Expected hours are 40 per week.

- The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift.
- The position requires the ability to commute to Irvine, CA 92618 and work in person.
