Job Title: Immigration Associate Attorney
Location: Atlanta, GA; San Francisco, CA; Brooklyn, NY; Remote
Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
- Prepare petitions and applications for employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration cases
- Respond to requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny or revoke, audits, motions, and appeals
- Review and ensure quality control of non-attorney staff's work
- Manage client relationships, update case statuses, and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Work closely with team members, attend meetings and trainings, and uphold firm values in delivering high-quality legal services
Qualifications:
- . from an ABA-approved law school
- Active member in good standing of any state bar in the United States
- Ability to manage 100+ case files in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- At least 5 years of experience in business immigration
- Familiarity with immigration case management systems and strong legal research and writing skills
- Strong communication skills and a desire for professional growth within the firm
- Fully committed to full-time availability and proficiency in using case management software
