Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
**Members Only** is seeking an experienced Estate & Elder Law Associate Attorney to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. Our boutique estate planning and elder law firm has been serving clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for the past 17 years. We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
As an Estate & Elder Law Associate Attorney, you will report to the Managing Attorney and handle a variety of tasks including preparing comprehensive estate plans, handling estate and trust administration, analyzing trust and estate planning documents, and providing oversight to other coordinators within the firm. You will also have the opportunity to assist business clients with establishing and running their businesses and attend court hearings and client meetings as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- . degree from an accredited College/University
- Active admission to practice law in Pennsylvania; active or eligible to be licensed in New Jersey a plus
- 3+ years experience practicing law in a law firm
- 1+ years Estate Planning and Elder law experience preferred; probate experience a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills
- Highly developed time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Skilled at building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate and plan for potential contingencies
- Adept at working in sensitive environments requiring confidentiality
