Job Title: Trusts and Estates Associate
Department: Trusts and Estates
Location: West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Experience: 2-4 years

Candidate Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in trusts and estates law with a long-term commitment to the practice
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrated commitment to the practice of trusts and estates law
- Familiarity with estate and tax planning, estate administration, trust administration, closely-held business planning, tax-exempt and charitable planning, and special needs trusts and guardianships
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court procedure and fiduciary litigation is a plus
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting estate planning documents
- Hands-on involvement with estate administration
- Conducting complex research on tax-related issues
- Preparation of federal gift and estate tax returns
- Reviewing court accountings and preparing related petitions for adjudication
- Trust modifications and preparation of nonjudicial settlement agreements
- Providing guidance to owners of closely held businesses
