The Senior Paralegal will report to the General Counsel and will be responsible for coordinating legal matters across the organization, conducting legal research, and drafting and reviewing legal documents. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 years of experience, as well as certification from a related agency such as NALA or AAPI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analyze law sources to support legal decision-making
- Coordinate responses to subpoenas, document production, and discovery requests
- Draft and review various legal contracts and agreements
- Assist with due diligence, business acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Maintain and organize corporate records and docket for reports and renewals
- Foster trust and communication between the legal department and other departments within the organization
- Train and supervise administrative staff supporting the legal and risk management departments
- Develop and maintain cost center budgets for certain areas reporting to the Office of General Counsel

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 7 years of experience in a paralegal role
- Certification or credential from related agency such as NALA or AAPI
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes
- Ability to work independently and handle complex technical and business matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
