Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should have an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of five years experience to join the practice in the firm's New York, NY office. Should have experience in commercial real estate title and survey review, real estate transfers, and related due diligence, transfer tax returns, and closing documentation. Familiarity with the ACRIS system is a requirement. In addition, the qualified candidate is able to form entities and draft resolutions and other basic organizational documents. Should be proactive and detail-oriented, willing to learn new skills, works well independently, exhibits sophisticated time and project management skills, have polished written and verbal communication skills, and excels at managing deadlines and multiple work streams. Proficient/advanced knowledge of Office Suite preferred.
