**Members Only** is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Unemployment Hearing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings. As a client-facing role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in unemployment or administrative hearings.

Key responsibilities include analyzing individual case information, preparing clients and their witnesses for hearings, and documenting all communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state-specific laws and statutes regarding UI benefits. An attorney or . with legal education or paralegal certification would be highly preferred.
