Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will work for an elder law firm. The primary practice areas include public benefits, probate, guardianship, and incapacity planning. Should have at least a high school degree. Experience of 1 year in Microsoft Office is preferred. Former law firm experience is preferred. Must be detail-oriented and organized, with excellent grammar and spelling skills; someone personable, who would enjoy working with wonderful clients every day; someone who is intelligent, hard-working, enthusiastic, task-oriented, and able to work independently and with initiative.
