Paralegal - Family Law The candidate will be assisting the attorney with cases in the best interest of the client. Responsible for gathering, reviewing, and organizing all financial documentation, assisting in the preparation of financial affidavits and child support worksheets, preparing and responding to discovery, and scheduling. Should have 2+ years experience, be familiar with all procedures and be able to hit the ground running. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Experience in marital and family law is mandatory. Must possess a professional demeanor, positive mindset, be assertive yet compassionate, and remain respectful at all times. Must be a self-starter, systems-driven, highly organized, efficient.
