Job Title: Patents Professional Track Associate or Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy patent prosecution docket efficiently.
- Draft and prosecute telecommunications-related patents, including technologies such as 3G, 4G, 5G, and other standards-related telecom technologies.
- Potentially engage in patent litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings.

Education and Experience Information:
- 5 to 10 years of patent law experience, including experience as a Patent Agent.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, or Physics is required.
- A Master’s degree or . in a similar field is a plus.
- Valid USPTO Registration number is mandatory.
- Must be a member of the . Bar or eligible to waive in.
- Law firm experience is preferred.
- Excellent academic and professional credentials, with highly developed writing and analytical skills.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $220,000.
- Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
