Law Firm Seeks Litigation Legal Assistant with Strong Communication and Organizational Skills

Position: Legal Assistant

Description:

- Core responsibilities include performing complex secretarial and clerical duties
- Work directly with Litigation attorneys and paralegals
- Transcribe dictated materials and produce documents and correspondence
- Proofread, draft documents, and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain attorney calendar, perform general secretarial duties, process mail and billing

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and phone skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Excellent typing skills
- Good follow-up and follow-through
