Job Title: Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Manager is responsible for leading a team of adjusters who handle claims involving bodily injuries where the claimants are represented by attorneys. The manager is tasked with providing exceptional claims and inquiry service through chat platforms, managing and motivating a team of 10 to 15 adjusters or vendors, and ensuring high levels of performance and expertise in executing required claim processes. The role involves supporting operational initiatives that align with company business objectives and developing strategies to enhance employee performance and claim process execution. Key responsibilities include:

- Participating as a subject matter expert in special projects.
- Managing and overseeing vendor performance.
- Overseeing responses to highly complex arbitration contentions.
- Overseeing negotiation and resolution of highly complex claim settlements and customer conflicts.
- Analyzing unit reports and supporting the achievement of business unit objectives.
- Defining, analyzing, and tracking department, section, and/or unit measures.
- Reviewing employee work quality and customer interactions through ride-alongs, sit-alongs, and file reviews.

Education:
The preferred educational requirement for this position is a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree. However, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the formal educational requirement.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have 5 or more years of experience, preferably in a related field. This experience is crucial for managing the complexities of claims involving attorney-represented bodily injuries.
