Job Title: Mid-Level Trademark & Copyright Associate (CA / CO / DC / GA / NC / NY)

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in domestic and international trademark prosecution.
- Handle TTAB and opposition proceedings.
- Conduct global anti-counterfeiting enforcement.
- Develop and implement broader intellectual property strategy.
- Work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives and internal counsel of corporate clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction through results-oriented counsel.
- Maintain organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work habits.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the relevant field.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills.
- High level of organization and self-motivation.

Salary Information:
- Expected salary range: $280,000 to $350,000.
