Job Title: Trademark Associate (Clearance & Prosecution – English / Spanish Fluency Required)
Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Trademark Associate position must meet the following educational and experiential criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in trademark clearance and prosecution.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Strong academic credentials.

Salary Information:
The expected salary for the Trademark Associate position at the law firm ranges from $250,000 to $320,000.
