**Members Only** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intake Attorney to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused team at a leading personal injury law firm.

Responsibilities:

- Determine the viability of potential cases
- Sell the firm's strengths and capabilities to potential clients
- Engage with clients, address concerns, and manage case progression
- Travel to meet and sign clients
- Assist potential clients through the intake process

Qualifications:

- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law
- Empathetic yet persuasive communication style
- Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in personal injury and employment cases

Compensation:

- Salary range of $130,000 - $200,000 based on experience
- Performance-based incentives
