Paralegal The candidate will be drafting and filing administration petitions in the Surrogate's Court. Handling all facets of the estate, fiduciary appointment, and administration. Handling court filings, including in Surrogate's Court. Drafting a variety of forms, including affirmations, Power of Attorney, and related documents. Communicating and interacting extensively with clients. Corresponding in writing and verbally with clients, courts, and judges. Working collaboratively with other paralegals and attorneys on significant legal matters. Must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Client management skills, ability to speak Spanish, and prior experience are pluses; organization skills and good work ethic are musts. A friendly attitude and ability to handle private information with sensitivity and discretion.
