As a Presentation Specialist at a prestigious law firm in New York City, you will have the opportunity to use your design skills and creative abilities to produce high-quality presentations for internal and external clients. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, and the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in providing design support, preferably in a law firm or financial services setting.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (non-exempt, overtime pay eligible)
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute visually impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe, Photoshop, and Illustrator on both Mac and Windows platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and maintain confidential information and review data for accuracy
• Work with Senior Management to create effective presentations
• Translate complex data, with a focus on financial and legal concepts, into visually appealing graphics
• Ensure all presentations adhere to the firm's branding policies and guidelines
• Create and edit legal documents using the latest software and Microsoft Office
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in design, marketing, or 2+ years of professional production experience
• 3-5 years of experience in providing creative design support, preferably in a law firm or financial services setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (expert level), Adobe, Visio, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Quantitative ability and understanding of complex ideas
• Experience working with financial documents and knowledge of industry best practices for charts and graphs
