Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will prepare estate planning documents. Will be responsible for formation of entities and drafting of various entity documents. Manage relationships with clients and advisors. Must have 3-5 years of prior paralegal experience. Corporate entity/estate planning experience is required. Paralegal certification is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in heavy file management environment is required. Experience with relevant firm software programs such as TimeMatters and Wealth Counsel is preferred. Should be proficient in MS Word. Excel experience a plus.
