Job Title: Experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cases involving removal defense, family immigration, asylum, naturalization, and crime victim visas.
- Independently and proactively manage a high volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, including document review, preparation, and filing of immigrant petitions with USCIS, EOIR, and NVC.
- Communicate both orally and in writing with clients, as well as government agencies.
- Monitor deadlines and expiration dates, follow office procedures, and adhere to attorney's directions.
- Manage client communication and government correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work directly with the team of attorneys and partners to ensure the highest quality of legal representation for clients.
- Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- 5+ years of experience in litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure and understand the importance of deadlines and timeliness.
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Quick learner with impeccable ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 yearly.
