OVERVIEW: Law firm, a global law firm with over 900 attorneys in offices across the United States and around the world, provides innovative solutions to the legal and business challenges presented by today’s evolving global markets.
SUMMARY: The law firm is seeking a Paralegal to assist in the Real Estate Practice. This position is ideal for a recent liberal arts graduate with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. The selected candidates will be trained to edit and manage real estate documents and perform other billable work in support of real estate attorneys.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research
- Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation
- Perform administrative duties, such as calendar meetings and deadlines, organize files, and manage logistics
- Accurately and consistently track and record all related billable and non-billable time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong research skills
- Excellent written communication and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree

SALARY INFORMATION:
- Pay Type: Hourly
- Annual Pay Range: $50,000-$65,000
- The hourly and/or annual salary amount is based on a good faith compensation analysis in accordance with New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL) listed under Senate Bill 9457. The final starting salary/wage is dependent on the candidate’s experience level, industry expertise, skills, and other factors as defined in the job description.
