Job Title: Senior Reference Data Management Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

- Respond to data-related inquiries and support the resolution of any reference data issues, acting as a key contact for stakeholders needing assistance with data access, quality, or interpretation.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of strong experience in analytics and 2+ years in a data management or data analyst role or similar.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management processes.
- Advanced experience with SQL scripting and familiarity with a data governance tool, preferably Informatica.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work with data in various formats, including handling data transformations and basic data cleansing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to identify and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and present data insights clearly.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records of data processes and standards.
