KCNF, a leading law firm specializing in employment law, is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our team. We are a small, close-knit firm with over 40 years of experience fighting for the rights of employees and handling complex employment matters. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a commitment to social justice and a creative approach to litigation. Responsibilities:

- Handle a variety of employment-related matters, including federal sector EEO and MSPB cases, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, employee discipline, whistleblower issues, contracts, and more.
- Conduct all aspects of negotiations, discovery, motions practice, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with clients and other attorneys in the firm to build strong cases.

Required Experience:

- 5+ years of litigation experience.
- A self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Experience:

- Previous employment litigation experience.
- Familiarity with NetDocuments.
- Published as an Attorney.
- Completed a judicial clerkship.
