Job Title: Paralegal (Commercial Customer Facing) US
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of AI-driven knowledge bases to streamline negotiation processes and enhance information accessibility across the department. This involves collaborating with various team members to ensure the knowledge bases are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively serve their purpose in improving legal operations.
- Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for workflow automation. This includes improving efficiency and reducing manual tasks in contract management and other legal operations, thereby enhancing overall productivity and effectiveness.
- Design standardized contract templates for various commercial agreements. This task ensures compliance and consistency across the customer’s organization, helping to mitigate risks and ensure that all legal documents are uniform and legally sound.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a paralegal in a commercial setting. This experience should demonstrate the candidate's ability to handle various legal tasks within a business environment.
- Proven experience with a variety of commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). This experience is crucial for effectively managing and negotiating contracts within the role.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and workflow automation tools is highly desirable. This knowledge will aid in the development of innovative solutions to improve legal operations and enhance customer interactions.
- Experience in legal technology or innovation projects is desired, showcasing the candidate’s ability to engage with cutting-edge legal tech solutions and contribute to the company's forward-thinking initiatives.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems is preferred, indicating the candidate’s ability to manage contracts from inception through execution and renewal.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance is important, ensuring that all legal operations adhere to relevant legal standards and protect customer data.
Salary Information:
- Compensation for this position is $75,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and the responsibilities associated with the role.
