Job Title: Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
Legal Assistants/Paralegals at the law firm are integral members of the staff, primarily responsible for engaging with potential clients at the initial stages of their cases. These professionals are tasked with:
- Conducting initial calls with potential clients and guiding them through the early phases of their legal cases.
- Engaging in fact-finding missions and additional research to support client cases.
- Acting as the first point of contact and representation of the law firm's workforce.
- Demonstrating adaptability and the ability to communicate professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Employing critical thinking and problem solving skills to address client inquiries and case requirements.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Managing time effectively and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Upholding integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Specifically dealing with cases related to Personal Injury, including No-Fault, BI (Bodily Injury), WC (Workers' Compensation), Premises Cases, and Labor Law claims.

Education and Experience Information:
The law firm seeks candidates with the following qualifications and experiences:
- Past experience working in Law Offices or customer service roles within an office environment.
- Fluency in Spanish, encompassing reading, speaking, and writing abilities.
- Personal Injury experience is a mandatory requirement.
- Bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are essential for both verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of the claims process for No-Fault, BI, WC, Premises Cases, and Labor Law is required.

Salary Information:
The position offers a pay rate of to per hour, as provided by the employer.
