Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will join a busy Family Law firm. Will serve as a liaison between the client and attorney. Prepare and review documents and incoming/outgoing mail. Prepare and draft documents and other correspondence with supervision. Schedule appointments, court appearances, and depositions. Maintain attorney calendar and case files.
The candidate should preferably have Civil Experience and fluency in Spanish. Should have 1+ years of experience and be comfortable working with clients, and phones, managing billable time, meeting deadlines, prioritizing, scheduling, and calendaring. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients and professionals. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and CLIO experience is helpful.
