Litigation Paralegal The candidate will do case management including calendaring docket, deadlines and filings. Preparation and organization of a variety of documents, forms, charts, letters, etc. Assembling witness files. Preparation for depositions, and deposition/medical summaries. Cite checking of briefs regarding fact and legal citations. Preparation for hearings. Document production. Should preferably have 3-7 years of experience. Demonstrated initiative and self-direction are required. Should demonstrate attention to detail. Strong Outlook skills and proficiency in MS Office suite are needed.
