Paralegal The candidate will be preparing motions/pleadings, discovery, and be well-versed in various document preparation, legal research, deposition and trial preparation. High school or equivalent is preferred. Should preferably have 1+ years of experience. Must be dependable and able to work autonomously. Must be able to multi-task. Should be a quick learner with preference given to those with law office knowledge in procedures such as calendaring/scheduling, client interaction, billing, e-filing, discovery, and preparing memos/correspondence, all with minimal supervision. Should have the knowledge and experience to work on a case from beginning to end.
