Job Title: IP Support Tech Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Run multiple daily and monthly quality control reports.
- Claim and resolve ServiceNow tickets for Anaqua users.
- Verify and update reference numbers to ensure consistency between Anaqua and 3E systems.
- Handle Anaqua administrative tasks such as activating new hires, creating classifications, case abandonment, and deactivating departed users.
- Participate in docketing committee meetings.
- Assist with implementing and testing new features of the Anaqua software and maintaining system workflows.
- Manage projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:

- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
