Law Firm Seeks Attorney Learning & Development Specialist in Multiple Locations Across the US

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage firmwide, regional, and practice group training programs
- Support faculty in content preparation and program delivery
- Analyze program data and metrics to improve training effectiveness
- Develop online learning content and provide user support for the firm's LMS
- Track and maintain attorney bar compliance records
- Manage budget and expenses related to attorney education and training
- Streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with firm priorities
- Analyze and recommend improvements for the firm's learning and development programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred/required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development, professional development, or talent management within professional services
- Project management experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with CLE and bar compliance tracking
- Familiarity with instructional design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Salary Information:
- Salary ranges vary based on location, skills, and experience
- Additional compensation may include bonuses, overtime, benefits, and PTO

- New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto: $86K to $100K
- Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, Washington, .: $74K to $92K
- Denver: $69K to $86K
