Patent Prosecution Technical Advisor or Patent Agent - Junior
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in patent prosecution work with a focus on providing high-quality services.
- Collaborate with peers and clients, emphasizing teamwork and mutual respect.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and enthusiasm in all tasks.
- Utilize engineering and scientific expertise to contribute to patent law practices.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess a graduate degree in fields such as electrical engineering, computer science, physics, material sciences, or similar disciplines.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references are required.
- Candidates should have passed the patent bar or be willing to take and pass it within six months of joining the law firm.
- Prior industry experience in electronics, semiconductors, wireless communications, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software, material sciences, or medical devices is preferred.
- Experience in IP legal settings at another firm or company is advantageous.
Salary Information:
- The compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $210,000 annually.
- Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
- The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
