Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist for Fast Paced Law Office
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Front Desk Receptionist at the law firm is to enhance the effectiveness of the firm by providing superior front desk and general office support. Key duties include:
- Professionally managing a multi-line phone system with poise, ease, and confidence to ensure efficient communication within the office and with external parties.
- Greeting all employees and guests, including clients, candidates, and vendors, in a personable and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and organized appearance of the entrance area, front lobby, reception desk, breakroom, and other common areas to uphold the firm's professional image.
- Assisting with file clerk duties such as scanning and labeling documents to support the firm's document management processes.
- Validating parking tickets for business-related guests to facilitate their visit to the office.
- Maintaining client confidence by keeping all client and attorney information confidential, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Providing general office support and taking on new projects and initiatives as required to contribute to the firm's operational efficiency.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Front Desk Receptionist position should possess the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, demonstrating the ability to manage front office operations effectively.
- Superb communication etiquette, including listening, verbal, and written skills, with an openness to feedback and guidance to continuously improve performance.
- Skills in managing a multi-line phone system are considered a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to handle high-volume communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities to foster a positive work environment and effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- The ability to collaborate well with others while being independently motivated to complete tasks and take initiative.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is required, with knowledge of shipment procedures considered a plus.
Salary Information:
