Job Title: Trademark Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark portfolio management.
- Manage . trademark prosecution, including conducting CorSearch preliminary trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, and monitoring application status.
- Handle WIPO filings.
- Communicate regularly with clients and foreign associates regarding trademark prosecution and maintenance matters.
- Assist with trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring trademark infringement activities.
Education and Experience Information:
- At least 7 years of comprehensive US and foreign trademark paralegal experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Commitment to facilitating efficient processes and procedures.
- Paralegal certificate/degree is preferred.
