Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
- Paralegal certificate.
- 5+ years of paralegal experience.
- College graduate with bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Managing attorney dockets and deadlines.
- Assisting attorneys with case planning and preparation.
- Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Communicating with clients on a regular basis.
- Maintaining client files and contributing to process improvements.
- Mentoring and training other office staff.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Covering the front desk and phones when necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
- Paralegal certificate.
- 5+ years of paralegal experience.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
