Job Title: Management Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

The Management Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director of the law firm's Strategies division and the Chief Growth Officer. This position is designed for individuals interested in pursuing careers in public affairs, government relations, or the legal field. The role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing executive support, and handling administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing an active calendar of appointments, agendas, meetings, and travel plans for the Managing Director.
- Composing and preparing highly confidential correspondence.
- Creating and compiling executive and strategy leadership meeting materials and agendas, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
- Prioritizing and following up on incoming issues and matters, especially those of a sensitive or confidential nature, requiring the highest level of discretion.
- Collaborating closely with the Managing Director and Strategies Leadership Team to keep them informed and up to date on upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Proactively collecting necessary information and data for regularly occurring meetings or projects.
- Prioritizing conflicting needs and meeting aggressive deadlines while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Education and Experience Information:

- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Preference for candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft applications is necessary.

Salary Information:

For applicants in the District of Columbia, as required by the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act of 2023, the annual compensation range for this position in the DC office is between $50,000 and $70,000. Compensation is determined based on qualifications and experience. This position is considered full-time and is therefore eligible to participate in employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as elective/voluntary life, disability, and accident coverage. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the firm's 401(k) plan.
