Job Title: Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Manager is tasked with leading a team of Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Adjusters. The role requires the manager to be located in one of the Pacific time zone states, namely California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, or Oregon. The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional claims and inquiry service to agents through chat while managing a team of ten to fifteen adjusters or vendors. Key duties include motivating the team to achieve high levels of performance and ensuring expert execution of required claim processes. The manager supports the implementation of operational initiatives to achieve Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area (CSA), and Company business objectives. They also develop strategies to enhance employee performance and ensure proficient execution of claim processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring staffing levels and workloads, providing coaching and mentoring, participating in performance reviews, managing customer conflicts, and assisting in setting unit goals and objectives. The manager is expected to deliver compassionate, fast, fair, and easy service to ensure customer retention.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Participation in special projects as a subject matter expert
- Management and oversight of vendor performance
- Oversight of responses to highly complex arbitrations contentions
- Oversight of negotiation of highly complex claim settlements
- Resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues
- Analysis of unit reports to support the achievement of business unit objectives
- Definition, analysis, and tracking of department, section, and/or unit measures
- Review of employee work quality and interactions with customers through ride-alongs, sit-alongs, and file reviews
Education:
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position includes supervisory duties.

- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the specified education requirements.
