Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal in Riverside, CA

Do you have a passion for personal injury litigation and a strong attention to detail? Our insurance defense litigation firm is looking for a motivated, full-time paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including drafting legal documents, interacting with clients, and conducting legal research. If you have 3-7 years of litigation experience and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Draft pleadings, discovery, medical and discovery summaries, demands, and other legal documents
- Prepare and respond to discovery motions, oppositions, and replies
- Coordinate and prepare documents for production and proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analyze case information to prepare case analysis reports
- Communicate with clients as needed
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Qualifications:

- 3-7 years of litigation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Team player with a strong work ethic

Education:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- ABA Paralegal Certificate
