Responsibilities:

- Compile and review real estate closing packages
- Track cases of noncompliance and document actions
- Draft legal documents using templates
- Support internal and outside counsel
- Coordinate housing refinancing transactions
- Research real estate title questions
- Prepare documents for recording at Registry of Deeds
- Assist with administrative tasks and review for procurements and contracts
- Maintain positive working relationship with staff and outside stakeholders
- Respond to requests for assistance on additional projects
- Assist with document gathering and review for public records requests

Minimum Qualifications:

- 1 year of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree OR
- 3 years of relevant experience without Bachelor's degree
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with title searches and real estate transactions preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Suite required, familiarity with spreadsheets preferred
- Ability to exercise good judgment

Terms:

- 35 hours per week
- BOSTON RESIDENCY REQUIRED
