Job Title: Employment and Executive Compensation - Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The associate will be responsible for counseling employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. This includes drafting employment documents and litigating various employment-related claims such as discrimination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant issues. Although the role is not litigation-focused, candidates should enjoy the counseling and advisory aspects of employment law. Experience with traditional labor matters and the employment aspects of corporate transactions is considered advantageous. The candidate is expected to work on substantive matters and contribute directly to providing exceptional service to clients.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires 3 to 5 years of experience in employment law. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in counseling employers on compliance with employment laws, drafting relevant documents, and handling employment-related claims. A background in traditional labor matters and corporate transactions related to employment is beneficial. The candidate should possess a strong work ethic, a business-minded approach to practicing law, and an eagerness to learn and develop new skills. A self-starter attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.

Salary Information:
The annual salary range for the position is between $210,000 and $250,000. Compensation is contingent on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, as well as the requirements of the position.
