Job Title: Immigration Legal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents, client letters, and memoranda.
- Prepare and file USCIS petitions and supporting documents, following training.
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Assist with client communication and scheduling.
- Draft monthly newsletters and support firm communications.
- Help manage website updates and social media content.
- Perform administrative duties and provide general support for the attorney to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
Education and Experience Information:
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Technologically savvy, comfortable using legal software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred, especially in immigration law.
- A Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is required.
Salary Information:
