Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist with preparation of case communications, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Serve subpoenas and file documents with courts and agencies. Schedule depositions, experts, and case-related meetings. Maintain electronic case files and manage case documents. Maintain case calendars.
Qualifications and Skills: Paralegal Certification required. Experience with insurance defense case billing and process. Knowledge of California Court rules and processes.
